Good experience overall. They were prompt, professional, and very discreet.

Everything was done to a high standard.

I didn’t think it would be such a straightforward process but it really was. I rang in the morning, they booked me in the same day, and the staff arrived exactly when they said.

They were professional, respectful, and discreet. They worked thoroughly and by the time they left, everything had been sanitised properly. I was very impressed and grateful for how smooth it all was.

With so much going on during the move, it was a relief to hand the cleaning over. CC Cleaning worked efficiently, and it was obvious they knew what landlords expect.

They even removed old limescale from the taps and cleaned behind appliances. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again in future.

Charlotte worked quickly and quietly while I dealt with packing up the final boxes. She moved through each room with purpose and never needed to be reminded about anything.

It’s obvious she knows what landlords are looking for. The place looked incredible by the end of the day, and I felt confident returning the keys. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Good communication from the start. They told me what time they’d be here, arrived promptly, and finished sooner than I thought.

Charlotte was so friendly and professional throughout. She asked the right questions and then just got on with it.

No fuss, no shortcuts, just really detailed cleaning. Every part of the house was left spotless - even the backs of doors and inside wardrobes.

We love that it’s the same few people each time - no surprises, no random new faces. They get to know the building and know how we like things.

It’s a proper relationship, not just a service.

After a long renovation, our flat was covered in dust. CC Cleaning came in and sorted it all.

No rush jobs - just methodical, high-quality work that left everything shining. They even handled some stains I thought were permanent.

I’ve used a few cleaning services over the years and CC Cleaning has definitely been the most consistent and professional. The cleaner we were matched with is thoughtful, hardworking, and completely reliable.

She doesn’t just clean around things – she moves them, dusts properly, and leaves everything looking brand new. It’s wonderful to come home and just enjoy the space without worrying about housework anymore.

The team at CC Cleaning were fantastic. We were moving out of a rental property and needed a proper deep clean for the final inspection.

They cleaned the oven, scrubbed all the tiles, and even wiped inside all the cupboards. The landlord gave us our full deposit back without hesitation. It was worth every penny and saved us loads of stress.
