Commercial Cleaning in Fratton

I was sceptical at first about hiring cleaners again after a bad experience, but Charlotte’s team won me over. Their professional approach and strong communication really stood out.

The cleaning is top-notch, and the fact that it’s the same people every time builds a sense of trust. It’s a proper service, not just a tick-box job.

We’re a fitness studio with strict hygiene rules, especially post-COVID. The CC Cleaning team understood this straight away and tailored their service to meet our needs.

They clean mats, mirrors, and equipment with care, and their standards have been impeccable. I’d recommend them to any high-footfall business that needs consistent, high-quality results.

They adapted everything to suit our weekend opening hours. Really appreciate how flexible they’ve been.

We’ve been with CC Cleaning for over a year now, and they’re just as reliable as they were at the start. No drop in quality, no missed days, and no confusion about what needs doing.

It’s refreshing to work with a team that values consistency and takes pride in their work every single time.

What makes this cleaning service stand out is the attention to detail. Skirting boards, behind doors, under sofas - nothing is missed.

The team even check for marks on walls and glass, which others always ignored. Their communication is also fantastic, and any small issues we’ve raised have been handled quickly and professionally. Worth every penny.

They’ve transformed how our workspace feels. Desks are dust-free, bins emptied properly, and the kitchen areas never get grubby now.

Even little things like fingerprints on glass are taken care of. They really care about keeping it clean, not just ticking boxes.

The improvement in hygiene around our shared kitchen and washrooms has been unbelievable. They don’t just wipe surfaces - they sanitise properly.

The staff even commented that colds have gone down since we brought them in.

We love that it’s the same few people each time - no surprises, no random new faces. They get to know the building and know how we like things.

It’s a proper relationship, not just a service.

When we moved to our new office, we needed cleaners who could adapt to a new layout and a lot of glass! CC Cleaning handled it brilliantly.

The place gleams every morning, and our clients always comment on how professional everything looks. They’ve absolutely nailed the brief, and we’re sticking with them for good.

You can always tell when they’ve been in. The space just feels fresher, cleaner, more organised.

They take care of things we used to overlook - like windowsills, skirting boards, and cupboard handles. We’ve even had compliments from visitors on how tidy everything is. Definitely one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business.

Simple, smooth process from the first call to the regular cleans. They just get on with it and do a great job.

I’ve worked in management for years and rarely come across cleaners who are this consistent. CC Cleaning never miss a session and never compromise on standards.

Really efficient team - couldn’t ask for better.

We switched to CC Cleaning after a poor experience elsewhere - couldn’t be happier. Always thorough, always on time.

We had an urgent one-off clean ahead of an inspection. They responded quickly and had everything looking brand new in a few hours.

Even the inspector commented on how clean the place was - that says everything really.

Our previous cleaning service was fine, but inconsistent. Since switching, it’s been night and day.

CC Cleaning show up every time, never rush, and go above and beyond. We’ve noticed fewer bugs in summer, less dust build-up, and even less staff sick leave. It all adds up. Honestly, we wouldn’t go back to doing things the old way.
