End of Tenancy Services
in Portchester

We didn’t have the energy to deep clean everything before moving out, so we called in CC Cleaning. Best decision ever.

The bathrooms, kitchen, and even the hallway were immaculate. I’m sure it helped us get the deposit back without any pushback.

We needed someone we could trust, as we’d already relocated and weren’t going to be around on the day. CC Cleaning gave us total confidence from the start.

We handed over the keys, and they took care of the rest. When the inspection came, we were told the place was “spotless.” Full deposit returned. Communication and results were both excellent.

With so much going on during the move, it was a relief to hand the cleaning over. CC Cleaning worked efficiently, and it was obvious they knew what landlords expect.

They even removed old limescale from the taps and cleaned behind appliances. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again in future.

I was managing the clean for my daughter’s flat while she moved overseas. CC Cleaning made the process effortless.

I let them in, explained what was needed, and they did the rest. Clear communication, no hidden fees, and fantastic results. Even the letting agent asked for their contact details.

We’d lived in our rented flat for over three years, so we wanted to leave it properly cleaned. Charlotte took care of everything.

She even lifted rugs and cleaned beneath furniture. The flat smelled amazing and the surfaces sparkled. Our landlord thanked us for leaving it in such good condition.

Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Definitely recommend for anyone moving out.

I’d been stressing for weeks about the end of tenancy clean, but this team made it easy. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, and tackled every bit of the property.

Even the glass and light fittings looked brand new. Our full deposit was returned the same week.

I genuinely think this clean saved us from losing hundreds in deposit deductions. CC Cleaning tackled absolutely everything, including blinds, behind doors, and marks on walls.

They didn’t miss a spot. The final report from the letting agent was glowing. I’ve already passed their name on to our new landlord for regular cleans.

I was stressed about handing the property back, but this service took that stress away. Everything was handled with care and precision.

The bathroom and kitchen were especially well done. It’s the kind of job that makes you feel proud handing the keys over. Worth every penny.

We used this service for a 2-bed flat and the results were fantastic. The carpets looked fresh, bathrooms gleamed, and even the inside of the cupboards were spotless.

Quick, polite and thorough team.

Everything from booking to payment was simple. They brought their own products and didn’t miss a spot.

The landlord even asked who we used as they were so impressed.

I’ve used other cleaners before and none have come close to the level of detail CC Cleaning offered. Our one-bed flat had tricky spots – like mould in the bathroom grout – and they tackled it without hesitation.

The inventory clerk was impressed and passed the inspection immediately. I was so relieved.

The end of tenancy clean was done while I was at work. I came back to a flat that felt brand new.

Everything smelled fresh, the floors looked amazing, and the bathroom tiles sparkled. I didn’t have to check a thing. The agency approved the condition immediately. Excellent value and service.

I didn’t realise how much needed doing until I saw the results. Very impressed.

Char was warm, polite and completely professional throughout. She arrived on time, worked with incredible focus and didn’t miss a single detail.

She tackled everything from the shower screen to the windowsills and didn’t need to be reminded about anything. Our landlord was delighted, and we got the full deposit back without a single issue. I will 100% use her again.
