End of Tenancy Services
in Whiteley

We used this service for a 2-bed flat and the results were fantastic. The carpets looked fresh, bathrooms gleamed, and even the inside of the cupboards were spotless.

Quick, polite and thorough team.

I booked the end of tenancy clean for my rented house and couldn’t believe how easy it all was. Charlotte was friendly, efficient, and left everything looking spotless.

My landlord didn’t find a single issue during the final inspection. Definitely worth it for peace of mind.

Charlotte was friendly, on time, and very thorough. I appreciated how she worked through each room with care.

She even checked with me before leaving to make sure I was happy. I absolutely was. The letting agent signed everything off without issue and said they’d be happy to recommend her too.

I’ve never had a move-out process feel so straightforward. I booked CC Cleaning, gave them the keys, and came back later to a sparkling property.

The bathroom looked freshly tiled, and the carpets were spotless. No chasing, no mess, no stress. The letting agent said it was one of the best cleans they’d seen this year.

Everything was done perfectly. It saved me hours of stress before moving day.

Charlotte came highly recommended, and I can see why. She arrived prepared and cleaned the whole property from top to bottom in just a few hours.

She didn’t rush a single thing. From the skirting boards to the bathroom grout, everything looked fresh. We had no trouble at all with our deposit return.

We’d never used a professional cleaner before but wanted to ensure we got our deposit back. CC Cleaning came highly recommended, and they didn’t disappoint.

Our cleaner arrived with everything she needed and worked tirelessly until the flat was perfect. She even checked the checklist against the tenancy agreement to make sure nothing was missed.

CC Cleaning made moving out far less stressful. I could just hand over the keys knowing the place looked fantastic.

They even did the internal windows and frames beautifully.

This was my first time using a professional cleaning company and I’m glad I did. The difference between a DIY clean and this was huge.

The team were friendly, fast, and got straight to work.

Every surface was cleaned, all the carpets were hoovered, and the bathroom looked newly tiled. The cleaner was punctual, polite, and clearly knew what letting agents looked for.

She even cleaned around plug sockets and light switches without being asked. Top service and stress-free experience.

We needed someone we could trust, as we’d already relocated and weren’t going to be around on the day. CC Cleaning gave us total confidence from the start.

We handed over the keys, and they took care of the rest. When the inspection came, we were told the place was “spotless.” Full deposit returned. Communication and results were both excellent.

The team arrived on time, worked hard all day and left the place absolutely spotless. Full deposit returned, no follow-ups needed.

One of the easiest parts of my move.

They managed to get the limescale off the taps, wipe down baseboards, and clean all the windows without me having to ask. It was one less thing to think about during the move.

Really happy with the service.

I cannot thank CC Cleaning enough for their brilliant work. We were at the end of a long and difficult tenancy and needed someone who would handle the cleaning properly.

Char worked nonstop and cleaned everything from light switches to skirting boards. She even cleaned the extractor fan in the bathroom, which I’d completely forgotten about. The estate agent was really impressed and returned our deposit in full. It was absolutely worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Turned up on time, did a thorough job, and even worked around my schedule.
